Our goal is to best match all candidates for a specific position. The following two divisions at Moro require the following:

Front of House 

• Two to four years work experience in fine dining or related high end resort
• Strong knowledge of steps of service and tableside decorum.
• Versed in international and domestic wines coupled with classic tableside service
• Good communication skills with front and back of house co-workers
• Excellent organizations skills, efficient task management and computer dining literacy

 Back of House 

• Two to fours years work experience in fine dining or related culinary field
• Degree from accredited culinary university or technical school, preferred
• Inventory management
• Knowledge of Federal Board of Health requirements and statutes
• Organized, clean and well managed line experience at various stations;
• Grill, Saute, Panty, Guard
